Battery Replacement

The batteries on your SportCount device should last at least one year, depending on use. Keep in mind that frequent use may run down the battery faster. You can replace the battery yourself, or go to a watch repair store. However, we recommend that you send your SportCount in to us for repair. It is important to reassemble the device properly, or it will not remain water resistant. The total charge for battery replacement is $10.00, including the cost of shipping back to you. Just send your unit in with a check made out to SportCount for $10 to: |
