Battery Replacement

The batteries on your SportCount device should last at least one year, depending on use. Keep in mind that frequent use may run down the battery faster. You can replace the battery yourself, or go to a watch repair store. However, we recommend that you send your SportCount in to us for repair. It is important to reassemble the device properly, or it will not remain water resistant. The charge for battery replacement on all products is $20.00. We recommend shipping through a service that provides tracking information or delivery confirmation.
